  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally in mobile applications or digital products.
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite and motion design tools such as Lottie.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI-based visual generation tools
  • Familiarity with Performance Marketing dynamics
  • Experience in 3D animation and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, UI animations and transitions for mobile interfaces.
  • Knowledge of performance constraints and asset optimization for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
  • A portfolio showcasing motion design relevant to mobile UI and interactions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with global design trends and contribute fresh ideas to projects and the team.
  • Create and edit engaging motion graphics and videos.
  • Design dynamic component animations, before/after transitions and interactive UI feedback.
  • Translate static designs into captivating motion graphics that enhance usability and user delight.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Developers to deliver seamless design solutions.
