Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul for a Hospital Coordinator. The Hospital Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient communication between departments, coordinating patient services, managing inpatient care processes, and supporting staff with adequate training programs. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction while promoting a positive and professional hospital environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology to ensure clear communication across medical teams and accurate documentation.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for seamless interaction with patients, families, and staff members.
  • Experience in managing Inpatient Care and understanding patient needs to uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate effective Training programs for staff to promote continuous learning and development.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle daily operational challenges efficiently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Turkish, English and French for effective communication.
