QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Femaş Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Built-in Appliances Factory.

General Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, etc.),

  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service or similar fields,

  • Knowledgeable about order/quotation processes in SAP, ERP or similar corporate systems,

  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel,

  • Strong customer communication, solution-oriented, and high coordination skills,

  • Analytical thinker with strong reporting and data management abilities,

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in follow-up,

  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and take responsibility,

  • Preferably with good command of English,

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to speak advanced-level English,

  • Team player with effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders,

  • Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Job Description

  • Preparing customer quotations in collaboration with the sales team, managing pricing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of offers,

  • Entering and tracking sales orders in SAP, and coordinating workflow with production, planning, and logistics departments,

  • Updating customer requests, price changes, and product information in the system,

  • Managing written and verbal communication with customers and providing regular updates on order processes and delivery timelines,

  • Preparing sales reports, supporting performance analyses, and managing customer data processes,

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in after-sales support processes and maintaining solution-oriented communication with relevant departments,

  • Managing the information flow and coordination between the factory and the sales office,

Responding quickly and accurately to customer requests for catalogues, technical documents, certificates, product visuals, and technical information.
