QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of international chain hotel experience in the same position,
Excellent written and oral English language skills,
Computer literacy; MS Office applications. Ability to use 'Opera' Software package is preferred,
Guest satisfaction oriented and high attention to details,
Quality-minded, able to solve problems in a systematic approach,
University degree, department of Tourism and Hotel Management is preferred.
İŞ TANIMI
The scope of this position is, being responsible for checking-in and checking-out our guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts procedures and standards. At all times, s/he displays a professional and positive image of the hotel as s/he plays a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest will have of the hotel.
