Marketing Unit. We're seeking enthusiastic interns who are eager to make an impact in the realm of

design and branding.

About Us:

Proceedit is a software development company specializing in business process automation. We help

businesses simplify their work, manage complexity, and improve collaboration. Our BPaaS (Business

Process as a Service) model allows our clients to agile their operations, control processes, and

maximize margins without upfront investment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will assist in creating compelling visual content that aligns with our

brand identity. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing marketing and promotional materials for digital platforms (social media graphics, email headers, web assets).
  • Creating engaging illustrations and iconography to simplify complex product concepts.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of our visual brand identity, including working with logos and graphic elements.
  • Producing a variety of digital banners and ads for websites and applications.
  • Preparing and formatting graphics for various marketing campaigns and publications.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
  • A solid understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • A strong portfolio (academic or personal projects are welcome) demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
  • An eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and iterate on designs.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.

(Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with Canva for quick asset creation and templating.
  • A basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign).
