We are looking for an
ENERGY

PROJECT LOGISTICS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

for our branch in
Türkiye

who will report directly to the Managing Director Office, will

assume responsibility for the Operations Department, as well as the development of target client opportunities, of our subsidiary, Erhardt Projects Türkiye.

Your objectives will include:

• Amplifying market share in terms of Project Cargo

procurement, driving the growth of the company's operational/commercial capability to increase commercial responsiveness to various accounts, and key and transformational projects.
- Lead the negotiation, contracting and execution of operations

for various projects in Türkiye, designing for each the transportation strategy, managing energy offshore/onshore suppliers and subcontractors.
- Budgeting and forecasting monthly cash flow

, ensuring swift payment to carriers, avoiding delays in document delivery, and ensuring timely invoicing and approvals by the client and tracking payments.

Among your responsibilities will be the following

• Preparing detailed proposals
  in accordance with Erhardt Projects Türkiye pricing structures.
• Supporting Business Development Team and Management
  delivering presentations to clients and responding to their request for tender in accordance with the bid requirements.
• Managing the flow of communication
  between key stakeholders – clients, vendors, ship owners.
• Propose

to customers the
best logistic solution

for the requested transport operation.
- End –to- End coordinate and management

the projects logistics operations (shipping, invoicing, purchasing, documentation, etc.)
- On-site coordination

of the operation when necessary.
- Registration and invoicing in the ERP (Cargo Wise).
- Maintain accurate records of operations activities and provide regular reporting KPIs to the management.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding operations management.

• Bachelor's Degree technical engineering or similar.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Background in project forwarding / shipping / engineering is highly appreciated.
• Experience in Project
  Cargo both on-shore and off-shore.
• Experience in managing and coordinating freight shipments for Break-Bulk and Heavy Lift.
• Experience in coordinating chartering activities.
• Demonstrated experience in bidding for complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and local vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Project. Knowledge and use of CargoWise (ERP) will be highly valued.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Strong commercial management for the execution of projects maintaining cost control of budgets and forecasts.
