About the Role
INSERA Partners is seeking a
Sales Executive
on behalf of an engineering-driven organization delivering end-to-end solutions in
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
systems — from product supply and project design to after-sales service and maintenance.
The role is responsible for driving domestic sales and business development activities while maintaining strategic collaboration with international operations.
It represents a significant opportunity for professionals who combine solid technical understanding with commercial acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence across HVAC and industrial systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; establish and sustain trusted client relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and contractual agreements in alignment with company objectives.
- Achieve defined sales targets, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to design customer-oriented solutions.
- Track market intelligence, competitors, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related technical discipline;
Master's degree preferred
. - Minimum
6 years of experience
in sales and business development within the HVAC, mechanical, or industrial systems sectors. - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Solid understanding of project-based B2B sales dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with a structured, results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English
(both written and spoken). - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
