Product Marketing Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Marketing Specialist based in Istanbul. While the role requires the candidate to work on-site as needed, partial work-from-home flexibility is provided. The person in this role will be responsible for conducting market research, crafting go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales teams to support revenue growth, and liaising with product management to ensure marketing strategies align with product development and customer needs. Additional responsibilities include creating product-related marketing content and tracking the success of product marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Market Research skills for understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market Strategies for product launches and growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with Sales processes and strategies to support alignment between product marketing and revenue targets.
- Understanding of Product Management principles to align marketing strategies with product development cycles.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment with strong self-management skills.
