Role Overview

We're hiring a hands-on
Growth Marketing Manager
who combines creativity with analytical thinking. Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and scale conversion across
the B2B funnel
through fast experimentation, strong copy, and smart automation.

This role is for someone who
works independently,
learns by doing, and
uses AI
to move faster.


What You'll Do

  • Create, test, and optimize growth experiments across LinkedIn, e-mail, cold outreach, partnerships, and niche B2B communities.
  • Build and manage the
    lead funnel
    from first contact to SQL — tracking CPL, CAC, CR, SQL rate, and LTV/CAC.
  • Write
    clear, persuasive copy
    for landing pages, e-mails, and outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers (CEO, CFO, procurement).
  • Automate repetitive tasks — reporting, data collection, campaign setup, and content generation — using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit Agents, etc.).
  • Analyze results, identify insights, and
    double down on what works.
  • Take full ownership of your experiments —
    no agencies, no micromanagement.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in
    B2B marketing or growth (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Confident running end-to-end tests and making
    data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent
    copywriting and storytelling
    skills with a crisp, professional tone.
  • Analytical mindset — you understand
    funnels, attribution, and ROI.
  • Proven experience using
    AI or automation
    to optimize work — required.
  • Native in Turkish
    with strong
    English communication skills (B2+)
  • Proactive, structured, and focused on measurable outcomes.
