We are looking for a passionate and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Pine Games, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our games globally, using both creative and data-driven strategies to reach millions of players.

  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on various channels and ad networks
  • Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth for our games
  • Test new strategies, campaigns and ad networks to ensure constant improvement of the UA process
  • Collaborate with Marketing Artists to create high-performing creatives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and gather market intelligence
Desired skills and experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust
  • Good understanding of mobile gaming market trends, player preferences, and industry best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
  • Being an excellent team player
