İş Tanımı:

Sunset Grill & Bar'da Chef de Partie olarak, mutfak sanatında en yüksek standartları sürdürmeye adanmış dinamik bir ekip içinde yer alacak, Culinary Director & Executive Chef Marios Tsouris ile birlikte çalışacaksınız. Göreviniz, Akdeniz, Türk ve Yeni Japon mutfaklarından esinlenerek mevsimlik yemeklerin hazırlanması ve sunulması, belirli bir mutfak bölümünün yönetimi ve her bir yemeğin yüksek kalite standartlarımıza uygun olmasını sağlamaktır.

Sorumluluklar:

Belirli bir mutfak bölümünün tam sorumluluğunu almak.

Yemeklerin hazırlanması, pişirilmesi ve sunumu.

Mutfakta yüksek hijyen ve güvenlik standartlarını korumak.

Tüm aletlerin ve çalışma alanlarının temiz, düzenli ve işlevsel olmasını sağlamak.

Diğer şefler ve mutfak personeli ile koordinasyon içinde çalışmak.

Sürekli olarak mutfak becerilerinizi ve çağdaş mutfak trendlerine dair bilginizi geliştirmek.

Gereksinimler:

Benzer bir rolde kanıtlanmış deneyim, tercihen bir fine dining veya üst düzey restoranda.

Mükemmel yemek pişirme becerileri ve çeşitli mutfak tekniklerine derinlemesine bir anlayış.

Yoğun tempo bir ortamda etkili bir şekilde çalışabilme ve birden fazla görevi yönetebilme kabiliyeti.

Güçlü takım çalışması yeteneği ve uyumlu bir çalışma ortamı sağlama kapasitesi.
