Medical Sales & Patient Coordination Specialist – Dental Tourism

Konum: Şişli, İstanbul

What You'll Do

  • Guide international patients from their first inquiry to treatment completion — present treatment plans in clear, trusting language.
  • Act as the bridge between dentistry professionals and the patient — translating medical details into simple, reassuring explanations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across clinic departments (sales, medical team, operations) to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Work with CRM systems and patient data to track leads, performance, and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales or patient-facing roles, preferably in healthcare/dental tourism settings.
  • Advanced English + French proficiency; Turkish required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Empathy, strong communication skills, patient-first mindset, and a target-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, international clinic environment.
