OBSS is looking for a
UX Researcher
to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to product, design, and development teams,
• Influence product decisions by translating research insights into design recommendations,
• Evaluate and restructure complex navigation systems and workflows as needed, improving overall information architecture,
• Identify and solve usability issues in multi-step user journeys, particularly in enterprise workflows,
• Turn research insights into testable design concepts and iterate prototypes based on feedback
• Create mid-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma and organize files for collaborative work,
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, developers) in agile environments.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX Research, especially within B2B product contexts,
• Proven knowledge and hands-on application of qualitative and quantitative research methods,
• A documented UX research portfolio showing end-to-end projects — from research questions to impact on product decisions,
• Experience in simplifying complex, multi-layered user flows, role-based access systems, and enterprise-level processes,
• Strong command of Information Architecture with the ability to design or restructure it effectively,
• Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and organizing files for cross-functional collaboration,
• Ability to generate and test design concepts grounded in research,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly share insights with designers, developers, and stakeholders,
• Familiarity with design systems and ability to work within existing design patterns while proposing improvements where necessary.
