Role Description
The Product Development Specialist will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all offerings meet the highest quality and sustainability standards aligned with the company's values. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul, requiring direct collaboration with team members and stakeholders to drive innovation and meet market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Analytical Skills to understand trends, evaluate customer needs, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven abilities in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management to manage product lifecycles from concept to completion.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
- Innovative mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of sustainable product development practices.
- Previous experience in the outdoor gear or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
