The Hotel

Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul has become Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's second hotel in Turkey. The hotel is located on the European side of Istanbul, in the luxurious residential district of Kuruçeşme, right next to the unique Bosphorus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new corporate business opportunities in the Istanbul market and international feeder markets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote room sales, meeting facilities, and luxury services.
  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure corporate accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate client portfolios to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and sales strategy adjustments.
  • Entertaining C-Levels, executives and secretaries of potential corporate companies and in-house guests to ensure future business to the hotel.
  • Record all account activities and client interactions in the designated CRM system.
  • Represent the hotel at corporate events, trade shows, and industry-related activities.
  • Participate in sales missions, networking functions, and promotional events as assigned.
