  • Kendi bölümünün (istasyonunun) tüm hazırlık, üretim ve servis süreçlerini yönetmek
  • Menü uygulamalarını standartlara uygun şekilde gerçekleştirmek
  • Mutfak hijyen ve gıda güvenliği kurallarına tam uyum sağlamak
  • Commis ve Demi Chef ekiplerine mentorluk etmek; günlük iş akışını planlamak
  • Executive Chef ve Sous Chef ile koordineli çalışarak kaliteyi yüksek seviyede tutmak
  • Ürün stok takibi ve sipariş süreçlerine destek olmak

Nasıl Birini Arıyoruz?

  • En az 2 yıl Chef de Partie pozisyonunda deneyim
  • Fine dining, brasserie veya yüksek hacimli restoran mutfaklarından birinde çalışmış olmak
  • Mutfak operasyonlarına, ürün hazırlık tekniklerine ve pişirme yöntemlerine hakim
  • Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim becerileri güçlü
  • Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilen
  • Hijyen sertifikasına sahip (tercihen)
