UX Implementation Lead

Nove Group, a global leader in the field of medical tourism, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled
UX Implementation Lead
to join our growing team in Istanbul. This role is central to transforming our UX strategies into live, measurable, and high-performing digital experiences across global markets.

You will work closely with our
UX Strategist (Outsource Agency)
and the
Marketing
Department to bring user experience standards to life through rapid implementation, measurement, and iteration. This position bridges strategy and execution — translating UX vision into tangible product experiences on
WordPress and no-code platforms.

Main Responsibilities

Implementation & Execution

● Translate UX and UI strategies into fully functional interfaces using WordPress and no-code/low-code tools (Framer, Webflow, Elementor, WPBakery).

● Execute rapid front-end adjustments (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to improve layout, readability, and conversion.

● Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and ensure responsive, high-performance design across devices.

● Implement measurement frameworks (GTM, GA4, heatmaps, session recordings) to capture behavior and performance data.

● Manage content hygiene and structure, ensuring brand consistency and medical compliance across all digital assets. Measurement & Optimization

● Set up and maintain A/B and heuristic testing structures where traffic volume allows.

● Monitor analytics and provide insight-driven recommendations for UI/UX improvements.

● Collaborate with the performance team to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns and conversion goals.

● Build and maintain a simple dashboard for traffic, form, and conversion metrics. Trust & Medical UX

● Implement trust-based design principles: testimonials, certifications, before/after visual placement, and human-centric imagery.

● Adapt UX content and visuals for diverse international audiences (US, UK, FR, AU/NZ).

● Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to design transparent, compliant, and patient-first digital experiences. Collaboration & Communication

● Work in close partnership with UX Strategist, SEO, Performance, and CRM teams.

● Maintain a clear changelog of implemented updates and their impact.

● Support visual identity standardization (VIS) and ensure brand coherence across all digital touchpoints.

● Participate in creative reviews and contribute technical insights to design discussions.

Requirements

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end or UX implementation roles.

● Proven track record in WordPress customization and UX execution.

● Previous experience working in digital marketing, healthcare, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Technical Skills

● Advanced proficiency in
WordPress
(themes, child themes, plugins, page builders).

● Working knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
for front-end customization.

● Familiarity with
no-code
tools (Framer, Webflow, etc.) for rapid prototyping.

● Experience in
GTM, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, Looker Studio
for analytics and reporting.

● Understanding of
SEO structure
, page hierarchy, and UX writing fundamentals.
