Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Manager based in Istanbul, Turkey, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring effective account management. Daily tasks include providing tailored solutions for client needs, fostering strong communication with customers, analyzing service performance, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. The role involves continuous collaboration across teams to optimize customer experiences and ensure business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Communication
  • Analytical Skills to assess and optimize processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing relationships with customers effectively
  • Good understanding of business needs and the industry landscape
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or account management roles is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
