Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul for a Romanian Sales Specialist. The role involves building relationships with clients, promoting services, understanding patient needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, supporting the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and achieving defined sales targets. The specialist will play a key role in representing the hospital's mission and values to the Romanian-speaking market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and ensure excellent patient experiences.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Experience in delivering Training and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English or Turkish is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic workload efficiently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare processes or experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
