Document Control Supervisor
for our Project in
Mozambique

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Sc. degree in Information and Document Management or relevant engineering faculties,
  • Minimum
    5
    years of experience in a similar position, preferably in large-scale construction projects,
  • Experience managing document exchange across multiple contract interfaces (Client, Engineering, and Subcontractors),
  • EPC Power Plant Project experience with coordination across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction is a plus,
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in Document Management Systems (EDMS experience is a plus),
  • Comfortable working with automation systems and digital documentation tools,
  • Strong typing, editing, and data organization skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
  • Strong communication and reporting skills,
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, result-driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player,
  • Willing be able to work on an international project site abroad,
  • No restrictions for international travel.
