Role Summary

The Event Manager is responsible for planning and executing corporate events, incentive travel programs, meetings, and conferences
exclusively within Türkiye
for multinational and local clients. This role requires strong project coordination, supplier management, client communication, and on-site leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Event Planning

  • Design and deliver tailored travel and event programs aligned with client expectations and client standards.
  • Prepare engaging and well-structured proposals and client presentations.

Client & Project Coordination

  • Act as the main operational contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain timely and clear communication before, during, and after the program to ensure client satisfaction.

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers, hotels, venues, and DMCs.
  • Negotiate rates and services to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

Operational Execution

  • Handle logistics across flights, accommodation, venue, transportation, and experience planning.
  • Lead on-site event and travel operations, ensuring smooth delivery and problem-solving in real time.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Manage project documentation, itineraries, operational manuals, rooming lists, and budgets.
  • Prepare post-event reports and collect client and participant feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5
    + years
    experience in corporate group travel, MICE operations, or event management.
  • Strong operational planning and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). A second language is a plus.
  • Open to domestic travel.
  • For male applicants: Military service must be completed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with global suppliers and multi-country group operations.
  • Familiarity with event apps, digital engagement tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to create visually compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
