About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Scientist
with deep expertise in
computer vision, deep learning, and meta-learning
to join our core AI team. You will lead high-impact projects, develop scalable models, and contribute to advancing 's mission of building the world's most accurate, adaptive, and efficient inspection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy
    cutting-edge deep learning models
    for complex vision tasks (detection, segmentation, anomaly detection, multimodal learning).
  • Research and apply
    meta-learning and few-shot techniques
    to accelerate adaptation to new defect types with minimal labeled data.
  • Own the
    end-to-end ML lifecycle
    : dataset preparation, experimentation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring in production.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to
    integrate AI models into scalable, real-world inspection systems
    .
  • Stay ahead of AI research trends, bringing innovative ideas into production.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide
    technical leadership
    across projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3
    years of professional experience
    building and deploying deep learning models.
  • Proven expertise in
    computer vision
    with
    CNNs, Vision Transformers, or generative models
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    meta-learning approaches
    (few-shot learning, model-agnostic meta-learning, gradient-based methods, or neural architecture search).
  • Practical knowledge of
    transfer learning, self-supervised learning, and continual learning
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and deep learning frameworks such as
    PyTorch or TensorFlow
    .
  • Strong theoretical foundation in
    machine learning, optimization, and statistics
    .
  • Experience taking
    deep learning models from research to production
    , including performance tuning and scalability.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.

  • Familiarity with
    multimodal learning

  • Experience with
    MLOps, distributed training, and GPU acceleration
