Turkey Consumer Campaign Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns with a focus on Print Tanks and Gaming categories. The position involves conducting market research, assisting in the development of marketing plans, and analyzing campaign performance. The role ensures compliance with marketing regulations, prepares performance reports, and coordinates execution across channels. Additionally, the role contributes to customer experience design, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and leads content adaptation for assigned countries/markets.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand Turkish consumer behavior, trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen HP's brand positioning in Print Tank and Gaming categories.

  • Collaborate with HP category, trade, and channel teams to deliver cohesive, integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Support the creation and execution of localized marketing plans, budgets and campaign timelines.

  • Design and implement customer journeys and activation plans across paid, owned, and partner channels.

  • Drive operational excellence in digital and in-store execution, ensuring impact from the last 3 clicks to the last 3 feet.

  • Manage influencer collaborations and advocacy programs to enhance awareness and product consideration.

  • Localize and adapt global campaign to ensure cultural, linguistic, and contextual relevance for Türkiye.

  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs and ROI, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.

Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Typically 2–4 years of experience in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or related fields.
