Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all financial controlling, reporting, and budgeting processes.
  • Preparing and consolidating monthly management reports and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
  • Leading annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and cash budgeting activities.
  • Managing cost controlling operations, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, and production cost reviews.
  • Monitoring profitability and cost allocation to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinating internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control frameworks.
  • Providing guidance to management on performance indicators, budget deviations, and cost efficiency opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SAP, Power BI, etc
  • Supporting the improvement of reporting accuracy, data consistency, and automation initiatives.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the controlling team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a Faculty of Economics, Administrative or Engineering Sciences (preferably holding a master's degree in Finance or Accounting).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial controlling, cost analysis, or management reporting, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, management reporting, and internal audit coordination.
  • Expertise in budgeting, cash budgeting, and cost controlling processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid experience in SAP CO/FI; PowerBI & etc knowledge is an asset.
  • Skilled in financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation.
  • Experienced in leading audit preparations and ensuring compliance with internal control systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of turning financial data into actionable insight.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
