With a multicultural team of professionals from 13 different nationalities and communication in 7 languages, we place patient trust, clarity, and quality care at the center of everything we do.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are building a global health tourism network aimed at reaching millions of patients worldwide—and we are looking for talented International Sales Specialists to join us on this journey.

Your Role

  • Serve as a
    dedicated patient advisor
    , guiding individuals through aesthetic and surgical treatment options in a one-to-one, consultative manner.
  • Build trust by clearly explaining procedures, treatment processes, and expected outcomes, ensuring patients feel informed and confident at every step.
  • Act as the main point of contact between patients and medical teams, coordinating treatment plans and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with patients throughout their decision-making journey, using CRM tools to provide thoughtful follow-ups and support—not scripted calls.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    consultative, patient-facing sales
    , ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or medical tourism.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts in a clear, reassuring, and human way.
  • Fluency in
    English, Arabic, and Turkish
    (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • A results-driven mindset with experience achieving individual performance targets through relationship building.
  • Basic knowledge of plastic surgery and hair transplantation procedures.
