EMCAP Advisory is a fast-growing boutique financial advisory firm focused on Corporate Finance Advisory, with deep expertise in debt and capital management and trade finance solutions. We work closely with our clients to deliver hands-on, execution-driven advice and strategic insight across complex financing transactions. As we continue to scale our platform, we are looking to expand our team with a Credit Analyst who is eager to take ownership, grow with the firm, and actively contribute to credit analysis and financing processes.
Role Description
The role involves in-depth financial analysis of corporate clients, preparation of financial models, and managing reporting and communication between borrowers and creditors. We are seeking a motivated team member who is comfortable working in a flexible and dynamic environment. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Credit Analyst based in Istanbul, with an option for remote work on certain occasions. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating financial data, analyzing creditworthiness, and identifying potential risks. Day-to-day tasks include preparing credit reports, assessing financial statements, conducting risk assessments. The role involves liaising with clients and internal teams to aid in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis of corporate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Build and maintain financial models, including projections, scenario and stress analyses
Prepare credit analysis reports and supporting documentation for lenders and investors
Support private credit and trade finance transactions by coordinating financial reporting between corporates and creditors
Assist in assessing credit risk and structuring financing solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Up to 7 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, commercial banking, private credit, or trade finance
Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis
Solid financial modeling and reporting skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a flexible work environment
