We are looking for a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing Team, where you will be responsible for managing the performance, budget, and optimization of our paid channels. This role involves monitoring web/app analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, developing data-driven strategies, coordinating with various business partners, and collaborating with IT teams for system improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the performance, budget, and management of paid channels.
  • Monitoring web/app analytics dashboards and key reporting tools.
  • Using a data-driven approach to define and implement new paid marketing strategies.
  • Following up on the coordination and consolidation processes with different business partners.
  • Working in coordination with IT teams and all other stakeholders involved in the project; determining project requirements and taking action.
  • Monitoring and optimizing daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing campaigns in line with KPIs.
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, innovative ideas, and performing A/B tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from engineering or economy/business departments of universities.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing (max 4 years).
  • Curious about new ad technologies, app & web analytics tools, and following developments in these fields.
  • Eager to come up with new performance marketing strategies and develop processes.
  • Effective and cooperative communication with different business lines.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Solution-oriented and dedicated.
  • Business follow-up and time management skills.
  • Good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
    .
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience in paid marketing and analytical tools (GA4, Adjust etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the app acquisition ecosystem.
  • Good at data reading and taking responsibility for campaign and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Advertising Channels (especially TikTok Ads), Affiliate, and Programmatic ad campaigns.
