Planning Specialist
with strong analytical skills and passion for e-commerce, global retail, and AI-driven decision making.

About the Role

As a
Planning Specialist
, you will play a key role in
forecasting
,
stock planning
,
pricing strategy
, and
campaign management
to ensure
stable growth across international marketplaces
.

Your mission is to:

  • Prevent
    stock-out
    situations with proactive planning and accurate forecasting,
  • Reduce
    returns
    with better sizing, pricing and demand insights,
  • Increase
    conversion & profitability
    through data-driven pricing,
  • Support marketplace teams with analysis for
    campaigns, promotions and assortment
    ,
  • Turn data into strategic recommendations that directly impact sales and customer experience.

You will work closely with the
Marketplace Operations
,
Data
, and
Commercial
teams, leveraging
data analytics, automation
, and
AI-supported workflows
.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    e-commerce
    ,
    retail
    , or
    marketplace operations
  • Experience in
    apparel / fashion
    retail planning or category management
  • Strong analytical mindset and data literacy
  • Ability to work with
    large data sets
    (Excel, SQL, Python or similar tools)
  • Experience with
    forecasting
    ,
    pricing
    ,
    sell-through
    ,
    returns analysis
  • Ability to build
    automated dashboards
    or
    data flows
    (Python is a big plus)
  • Familiarity with skills in
    AI tools
    (ChatGPT, LLMs, automated analysis workflows)
  • High level of
    English
    (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau
  • Marketplace back-end experience (Seller Central, About You Cloud, Otto Partner Portal, etc.)
