We are looking for a Financial Affairs Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and income statements
  • Lead the preparation and review of IFRS reports
  • Manage statutory books and conduct regular trial balance checks in line with legal standards
  • Prepare annual financial budgets in line with both VUK and IFRS
  • Supervise tax declarations and social security filings in compliance with regulations
  • Keep up with regulatory changes and ensure team alignment
  • Coordinate administrative and legal operations
  • Oversee the fixed asset management, including depreciation and revaluation
  • Handle special insurance processes related to company assets and personnel
  • Monitor bank transactions in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Lead and support the finance team with performance tracking and development
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with group companies,
  • Establish effective communication with internal departments to ensure coordination across business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field,
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a must.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Solid knowledge of TMS, IFRS, Taxation, Insurance, Brokerage, and Social Security regulations, with the ability to follow regulatory updates
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software — experience with Bentaş Elwin and Ada is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, effective communicator, and team leader
