Temel odağımız, konut projelerinin başarıya ulaşması için; proje geliştirme, pazarlama & satış sistemlerini kurmak-yönetmek ve uluslararası konut yatırım danışmanlığıdır.

Bugüne kadar 35 projede 5.000'den fazla satış gerçekleştirdik ve 60 ülkeden yatırımcıya hizmet verdik. Sistematik çalışma prensibi ve risk ortaklığı modeli ile projelerimizi yönetiyoruz.

Hakan Bucak Gayrimenkul olarak markamızın dijital varlıklarını güçlendirecek, kreatif ve dinamik, motion design kasına da güvenen bir Video Editor arıyoruz. Sosyal medya, dijital reklam kampanyaları, ürün tanıtımları ve kurumsal içerikler için dikkat çekici video ve animasyonlar üretecek ekip arkadaşımız sen olabilirsin

Sorumluluklar

  • Sosyal medya ve dijital platformlar için kısa ve uzun formatlı video içeriklerinin kurgulanması
  • After Effects, Premiere Pro gibi programlarla hareketli grafikler (motion graphics) oluşturulması
  • Marka kimliğine uygun intro/outro ve geçiş efektlerinin tasarlanması
  • Brief'e göre yaratıcı fikirler geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması
  • Çekim sonrası kurgu, renk düzenleme (color grading) ve ses miksajı işlemlerinin yapılması
  • Gerektiğinde stok video, müzik ve ses efektleri araştırması yapılması

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects programlarına ileri düzeyde hakimiyet
  • Motion graphics ve video editing konusunda en az 5 yıl deneyimli
  • Hikaye anlatımı ve tempo konusunda güçlü bir göze sahip
  • Trendleri takip eden, yaratıcı ve detay odaklı
  • Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, geri bildirime açık
  • Tercihen portfolyo sunabilecek

Tercih Sebebi Olabilecek Ekstra Yetenekler

  • 2D/3D animasyon deneyimi (Illustrator + After Effects veya Cinema 4D)
  • Ses tasarımı (sound design) ve müzik kurgusu konularında bilgi sahibi
  • Renk düzenleme konusunda tecrübe (DaVinci Resolve veya benzeri)
  • Photoshop kullanabilme becerisi
