Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, MIS, or related technical fields,
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructures,
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, VPN, Wi-Fi, NAC, and 802.1X,
• Experience with major vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, especially Wireless LAN Controllers,
• Strong experience working with NAC technologies, including Ivanti NAC (policy configuration, endpoint compliance, access control, troubleshooting),
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent from recognized manufacturers,
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and high analytical capabilities,
• Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support when required,
• No travel restrictions; for male candidates, military service must be completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructures (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, NAC),
• Design and implement LAN/WAN architectures, including IP addressing, routing, switching, and network topology planning,
• Configure and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LDP, QoS, Layer 2/3 VPNs),
• Manage LAN technologies (VLAN, dot1Q, MST, MLAG, VRRP, VTP),
• Ensure network access security using AAA, ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port Security, IPSec, 802.1X, RADIUS, NAC,
• Support WAN technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, DSL, PPP, etc,
• Utilize network monitoring and management tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, NTP, SSH),
• Perform detailed network troubleshooting using analysis tools such as Wireshark,
• Prepare technical requirements, solution designs, and project documentation for internal and customer-facing network projects,
• Monitor system performance, generate operational reports, and ensure 24/7 service continuity,
• Contribute to the creation of network policies, standards, and operational processes,
• Work closely with operational teams, provide training when needed, and proactively identify and resolve potential performance issues,
• Ensure both physical and cyber security compliance across network systems.

Nice to Have

• Advanced certifications such as CCNP, HCIP, ACSP or equivalent,
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity technologies,
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management methodologies,
• Strong reporting skills and ability to produce alternative technical solutions proactively,
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
