We are seeking team members for our team in the
Strategy and Business Development Directorate
. These individuals will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and future, developing Sütaş Group's strategy and bringing it to life through action. They will be instrumental in framing our strategic direction, performance, and challenges both externally and internally. Are you ready to explore, define, and lead the dairy ecosystem in Turkey and beyond? We are talking agricultural technologies, sustainable energy, and the future of food.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in management consulting or investment banking firms or relevant departments of a fast-moving consumer goods company, prioritized. Focus on strategy, business development, financial modeling and data analysis preferred
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities
• Enthusiasm to work with different stakeholders both inside and outside the company, demonstrating strong communication skills, adaptability to innovations and changes in the work environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; further analytical tool skills a plus
• Proficiency in English

What do we expect from our team member?

• Support and lead the target and strategy development processes of the group and affiliated companies; guide processes by monitoring the industry regionally and globally and analyzing the group's data
• Identify new business and development opportunities by tracking different markets, innovations, and technological developments
• Lead feasibility studies for new business and development opportunities, implement approved ideas, or ensure their implementation by existing teams, and evaluate their performance
• Research, collect and analyze data related to development opportunities brought up by the group and affiliated companies; provide suggestions to improve the group's performance with insights and solutions in collaboration with relevant departments
