Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, digital campaign, and brand communication works
• Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficient in AI-based design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Sora, or similar)
• Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual stories
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement dynamics

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual and motion assets for digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, website, CRM, etc.)
• Lead concept development for short-form and long-form motion projects
• Collaborate closely with the creative, social media, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Develop illustrations, animations, logos, and layouts both manually and using AI tools
• Adapt and localize visual content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X)
• Stay up to date with emerging motion design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies
• Ensure high-quality output and optimization across all digital touchpoints
