Assistant Manager – Payroll, Reporting & HR Systems
to join our growing Human Resources organization. This cluster-level role will lead

, while managing a team of two specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for the Tersane Istanbul cluster
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime, leave, incentives, and all statutory payroll components
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve HR systems; support the implementation of new HRIS modules and digital HR processes
- Drive workforce cost analysis, budget planning, annual HR budget ownership, and headcount reporting
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law, SGK procedures, and payroll legislation
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2 payroll & reporting professionals
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Partner closely with HR teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum
6 years
of experience in payroll, HR reporting, and/or HR systems - People management experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of
Turkish Labor Law
,
SGK practices
, incentives, and related legislation - Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
and HR reporting tools - Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Logo, Mikro, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, especially in budgeting and cost control
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
