International Sales Expert

We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Expert to joinour growing team. This role is pivotal to our success, as Sales Experts areoften the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a keyrole in ensuring seamless booking experiences, building long -term clientrelationships, and driving our international growth.We provide a short training period, after which you willtake ownership of guest relations and sales.What you'll be doing:● Act as the primarycontact for English -speaking guests, guiding them throughout the bookingprocess and supporting them before, during, and after their holiday.● Manage the fullbooking process for international guests and close bookings with speed andprecision.● Reach out to potentialand existing clients daily to secure bookings.● Proactively reach outto clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, resolveissues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.● Provide clear, timely,and solution -oriented communication, ensuring every client feels supported andvalued.● Develop and maintaintrust -based, long -term relationships with both guests and colleagues.● Consistently meet orexceed sales targets and KPIs while upholding the highest standards of customerservice.● Identify and acquirenew boat owners, assisting them with onboarding through our platform. Requirements:● BS degree in a relatedfield.● Excellent command ofthe English language, preferably native speaker level.● Professionalproficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, Spanish,Greek, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Croatian and Ukrainian is a big plus.● Experience in sales orcustomer experience, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector.● Knowledge in Word,PowerPoint and Excel.● Working knowledge withCRM tools, such as Zoho.● Eager to learn throughexperience.● Desire to build acareer in the sales field with global exposure.● Excellent written andverbal communication skills.● Experience in yachtingis a plus. *Personal data of *Viravira Teknoloji ve Turizm A.Ş("Viravira") contained in the applications submitted for this job posting areprocessed by Viravira.
