We are currently looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Set in place a Continuous Excellence Agenda, Vision, and Strategy & provide guidance to Leadership Teams to foster a culture of Continuous Excellence
  • Lead the organization in Continuous Excellence compliance audits and assessments. Govern follow-up actions on improvement initiatives resulting from audits
  • Develop winning strategies and plans that align with key priorities of the sales function
  • Drive and monitor the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop process and performance measures to facilitate data driven decision making for improvement actions
  • Oversee field team productivity and effectiveness measures, including time allocation, call quality, and coverage effectiveness
  • Manage distributor efficiency through effective governance, the cadence of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance improvement routines. Additionally, you will optimize route productivity, outlet productivity, cooler efficiency, and Point of Purchase (POP) effectiveness
  • Drive, expand and follow up on the site's Continuous Excellence capabilities and make finding root causes to a habit
  • Design and implement capability frameworks for selling skills, negotiation, execution discipline, and brand fundamentals
  • Enhance leadership capabilities for first line managers through coaching routines and performance conversations & lead structured onboarding and continuous learning programs

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master degree
  • A minimum 5 years of experience
  • Proven expertise in Continuous Excellence and Improvement techniques, including process improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost-saving initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
