- Reklam ajansı veya kreatif stüdyo ortamında en az 7 yıl ve minimum 3 yıl yöneticilik tecrübesi bulunan
- Marka stratejisi, kampanya yaratımı ve kreatif konsept geliştirme konusunda güçlü portfolyo sahibi
- Tasarım süreçleri, prodüksiyon, fotoğraf ve video çekim yönetimi hakkında derin bilgi sahibi
- Güçlü liderlik, iletişim ve prezentasyon becerileri olan
- Dijital platform trendlerine hakim
- Problem çözme ve yüksek tempoya uyum sağlama becerisi olan
- Tercihen ileri düzey İngilizce bilen
- Güçlü sanat ve tasarım vizyonuna sahip
İş Tanımı
- Marka kimliği ve kreatif strateji oluşturmak
- Kampanya konseptlerini geliştirmek ve yönetmek
- Fotoğraf, video, grafik ve dijital içerik üretim süreçlerini yönlendirmek
- Kreatif ekibi yönetmek, mentorluk yapmak ve performansını geliştirmek
- Müşteri sunumları, kreatif dokümanlar ve moodboard hazırlamak
- Prodüksiyon süreçlerini planlamak ve takip etmek
- Ajans, freelance ve prodüksiyon ekipleri ile koordinasyon sağlamak
- Trendleri takip ederek kreatif vizyonu sürekli geliştirmek
