What will you do?

Job Summary:
Managing all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction while achieving maximum profitability. This includes overseeing front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, maintenance, security, and other support functions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises all departments in the hotel (reception, restaurant, bar, room service, health club, spa, banquet facilities, etc.)
- Maintains overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel
- Implements policies and procedures set forth by the chain
- Oversees the hiring, training, and supervision of all hotel staff
- Monitors and approves payroll expenses within budgeted guidelines
- Analyzes occupancy trends and implements strategies to improve market share
- Develops and implements plans to increase revenue through increased occupancy or ADR
- Coordinates special events and promotions
- Works closely with sales managers on group business and negotiates rates
- Conducts regular meetings with department heads to discuss operational issues and implement improvements.

What are we looking for?

- University degree in Business Administration or Tourism
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English language skills required
