If you want to be the "
Credit Risk Control Assistant Vice President
" in our Financial Risk Management group knowing that you will be responsible for IFRS9 expected loss process, credit risk modelling and credit risk reporting in line with ING Group policies and regulatory requirements;

If you think you have most of the following
qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in
  Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
  , or a related field
• Minimum
  3 years of relevant experience
  in credit risk or financial modelling
• Proficiency in
  SQL and/or SAS
• Strong command of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking
• Prior experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Credit impairments (preferably IFRS9 Expected Credit Losses)
• Credit scoring (application, behavioral, collection, etc.) and decisioning
• Regulatory capital requirements (e.g., IRB approaches for PD, LGD, EAD)
• Credit risk management and reporting across the credit lifecycle-

As part of our team, you will:

• Play an active role in the
  monthly IFRS9 expected loss calculation
  and reconciliation processes
• Support the
  monitoring, development, and recalibration
  of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD) under both IRB and IFRS9 frameworks
• Prepare and manage
  complex datasets
  for credit risk modelling
• Ensure
  data quality governance
  for IRB and IFRS9 models
• Develop
  management reports and dashboards
  related to IRB and expected credit losses
• Maintain a robust infrastructure including models, data, controls, and compliance with internal and external requirements
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and process improvements
