What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong coding skills with Python
• Excellent knowledge of Django, Flask, FastAPI technologies
• Extensive experience with SQLAlchemy, Alembic migrations, and designing robust Pydantic schemas for data validation and serialization in Python-based applications.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI providers like OpenAI, Azure, Google, Meta, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Langchain framework and its modules such as Retrieval, Chains, Agents, Memory
• Experience in working with Multi-Agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Magnetic-One ).
• Experience in Prompt Engineering.
• Proven experience in designing and developing production-level prompts tailored for various AI models and use cases
• Solid understanding of the vector databases(Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant, Faiss)
• Hands-on experience with implementing production-grade guardrails for AI systems to ensure reliability, safety, and ethical compliance.
• Possesses a solid perspective on Agent-Oriented Programming (AOP) and its application in designing and developing intelligent, autonomous systems.
• In-depth knowledge of working with containerized cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, etc) and associated machine learning products, e.g. Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML

• Implement and develop Generative AI solutions for business needs.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) or small language models (SLMs) to create innovative applications and solutions.
• Develop and integrate AI-related APIs from providers like Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices in AI development.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions.
• Conduct unit tests and debugging to ensure software reliability.
