About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused
Junior Medical Device Sales Representative
to join our growing team in Istanbul. This role is ideal for individuals early in their career who are eager to learn and passionate about the healthcare field. You will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling
InBody medical devices
to doctors and decision-makers in major hospitals and clinics.

Candidates with a background in
physiology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related fields
are preferred—but a medical background is not strictly required. What matters most is your communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit major hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across Istanbul to introduce and promote InBody devices.
  • Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, department heads, and clinical decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable InBody product solutions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend internal trainings to develop deep knowledge of InBody products and clinical applications.
  • Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops as needed.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; degrees in
    biomedical engineering, physiology, nursing, pharmacy
    , or similar are a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High motivation to learn medical/health-related technologies.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to travel within Istanbul for daily customer visits.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic English is preferred; Turkish fluency required.
  • Valid driver's license
