About the Role

Martı Hotels is looking for a motivated and well-rounded
Marketing Manager
to help coordinate and implement marketing efforts across our head office and hotel properties. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with a solid understanding of marketing in the hospitality industry and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

As Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with and report to the Brand Director to bring the company's brand strategy to life—ensuring cohesive messaging, campaign execution, and cross-departmental alignment across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy in alignment with overall brand positioning and business goals
  • Coordinate all marketing operations between the head office and properties, ensuring consistent communication and brand application
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital, PR, and offline marketing campaigns
  • Support the Brand Director in managing the marketing calendar and campaigns across all business units
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with revenue and occupancy goals
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Oversee the daily tasks of the marketing department and liaise with agencies, designers, and content creators
  • Conduct competitor analysis and research to support ongoing brand development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or tourism
  • Experience in campaign planning, brand management, and budget tracking
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Confident with digital marketing tools and reporting
  • A collaborative and hands-on approach with an eye for detail
