We're launching our very first GoStudent learning centres in Istanbul — and we're looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You'll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community. 

Location: Istanbul (on-site) - (Barbaros Mahallesi, Mimar Sinan Cad. No:165 Ataşehir/İstanbul)  

Contract:  Full-time

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

  • Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment

  • Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

  • Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

  • Developing the curriculum and product offering by grade level, and structuring class schedules

  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

  • Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
