Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Istanbul for a Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, representing the company at client meetings and industry events, and continuously improving the sales process. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry is preferred
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site in Istanbul and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
