Deneyim & Uzmanlık

  • En az
    3+ yıl profesyonel backend geliştirme
    deneyimi
  • Mikro servisler, high-scale sistemler ve büyük veri akışıyla çalışma geçmişi
  • veya NestJS ekosistemlerinden birinde ileri düzey deneyim
    (ikisinde de varsa harika)
  • PostgreSQL, MongoDB veya benzeri veritabanlarında güçlü hakimiyet
  • Redis, message broker (Kafka ya da RabbitMQ fark etmez) gibi yüksek performanslı altyapılarda pratik

API & Entegrasyon

  • REST veya GraphQL geliştirme ve API Gateway'lerle çalışma tecrübesi
  • Ödeme, bildirim, kampanya motoru, push, analitik servis entegrasyonları geçmişi

Performans & Sistem Kalitesi

  • Query optimizasyonu, cache stratejileri, bottleneck analizleri
  • CPU, RAM ve bandwidth bazlı performans tuning'i
  • Docker ve orchestration sistemleri
    (Kubernetes aday disambiguasyonu için opsiyon fark etmez ama bilmek artı)

Süreç & Disiplin

  • Git disiplinine uygun geliştirme (PR, Code Review, Branching, Merge stratejileri)
  • CI/CD, otomasyon ve deployment süreçlerinde tecrübe (GitHub Actions veya Bitrise fark etmez)
  • Unit test, load test ve error tracking'lere hakimiyet
    (Sentry, NewRelic, AppSignal vb. önemli değil; disiplin önemli)

Ürün Geliştirme

  • GOTURC Backend servislerinin
    yeni modüllerini ve uçtan uca API'lerini tasarlamak ve geliştirmek
  • Marketplace trafiğini yöneten sistemlerin
    performans, güvenlik ve stabilitesini optimize etmek
  • Alt yapı servislerini izlemek, hataları tespit etmek, debug & fix süreçlerini yönetmek
  • Refactor, scaling ve system observability planlarını uygulamak

Takım İçi Teknik Katkı

  • Tasarım, frontend ve ürün ekipleriyle teknik akışı koordine etmek
  • Kod review süreçlerine aktif katkı sağlamak
  • Dokümantasyon ve mimari standartların oluşturulmasına liderlik etmek
  • Yeni backend teknolojilerini araştırıp ekibin geliştirme hızına katkı sunmak

  • Test, monitoring, performans logging ve hata takibini düzenli yürütmek
  • Sprint-based delivery'e uygun iş dağılımı ve task breakdown'lar yapmak
