What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor Product Owners, supporting their professional development and performance.
  • Define and drive the company's short-, mid-, and long-term product vision.
  • Lead quarterly planning (Q-planning) and present product roadmaps to executive leadership.
  • Oversee all initiatives in the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPI targets.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Development, QA, UX/UI, Data, and Analytics teams.
  • Deeply analyze user behavior to improve user journeys and identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Lead data-driven prioritization and decision-making processes across the product lifecycle.
  • Establish data and event collection strategies to measure success post-release.
  • Conduct market monitoring, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Guide UX and product teams in creating wireframes, business workflows, and clear product documentation.
  • Define and monitor critical product KPIs (match rate, wait time, conversion, revenue impact) and drive continuous optimization using data insights.
  • Own the end-to-end experimentation pipeline: design hypotheses, run A/B tests, evaluate model or feature performance, and translate insights into high-impact product improvements.
  • Work within and help champion Agile Scrum processes, ensuring high-quality sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder management, aligning product goals with business needs and keeping all internal/external stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Make effective and timely strategic decisions based on data, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in product roles, including experience managing product teams or leading cross-functional groups.
  • Proven track record of strategic decision-making and roadmap ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data at scale.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Preferably experienced in workflow and process design.
  • Excellent English communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of UX tools (Hotjar, UXCam, Crazy Egg) is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering MVPs.
  • GA4 & Looker & BI Tools usage expertise is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial; strong leadership mindset.
  • E-commerce experience is an advantage.
