Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in planning,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Preferably fluent in English,
  • Analytical thinker, result-oriented,
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills,
  • Being dynamic, solution-oriented, and agile, able to take quick action and show initiative.

Job Description

  • Seasonal quantity planning by considering optimum stocks of the store,
  • Supervision and management of sales, inventory, shipment, rpt, transfer, transfer, return and consolidation processes of the responsible categories,
  • Ensuring and monitoring that budgeting activities are carried out in line with strategic plans,
  • Carrying out activities that will increase company profitability, improve stock turnover rate, monitor turnover and direct the brand to the target,
  • Management of products in line with the profitability targets of our brand, creation of product budgets, realization of sales targets with in-season management,
  • Defining category strategy based on trends, customer expectations, and sales, and positioning the right products,
  • Playing a role in discount processes,
  • Following domestic and international sectoral developments,
  • Coordinating with all related teams.
