Global Service Operation Specialist
" teammate in Istanbul to join the Zoomlion family.
Job Requirements:
- Develop and implement global customer service processes, and track and manage the business and service processes conducted with global clients;
- Communicate regularly with global clients and collect customer satisfaction data;
- Based on customer needs, promote continuous improvement of relevant internal business and service processes and supervise the closure of problems;
- Based on company strategy, specifically promote and continuously track the optimization and improvement of the entire service process;
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations and compliance requirements for international business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields;
- Proficient in English and Turkish, etc., as working languages; not mandatory but Chinese also preferred
- Clear logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong teamwork spirit
- Stress resistance and adaptable to global business travel requirements.
