We are looking for Data Analyst who will be on our team
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Collaborate with various levels of business and technical teams to understand analytical needs.
Perform deep-dive and statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer behavior, marketing performance, sales funnels, and product metrics.
Build dashboards and reports that track business KPIs and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver insight-driven recommendations.
Qualifications (Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related role (preferably in e-commerce).
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Excel and Python (especially for data analysis and reporting).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to translate data into business insights and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, specifically Google BigQuery.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey data-driven narratives.
Curious, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
