Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Beşiktaş, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while offering expert real estate advice. The role also involves market research, property evaluations, facilitating client transactions, and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. Agents will work collaboratively with a team and utilize Keller Williams' tailored models and strategies for success.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and deep understanding of the Real Estate sector
- Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build client relationships
- Experience in Real Property and Sales strategies, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable professional with strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software and databases is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Beşiktaş and surrounding areas is highly beneficial
